This is by far the best cake I have ever had. If you love tiramisu and cake this is the PERFECT marriage. The chocolate cake gives that nostalgic cake element while the rum gives it that punch! This is a cake where you purchase 2 slices at a time, if not the whole cake.

This is the best Salmon salad sandwich I've ever had. I had it for the first time many years ago when Nancy Cole was here. She suggested that I try it and I did! WOW! I could not believe that Salmon could taste so good. Please never sell-out and change the quality and recipes that Nancy established. Her dream has become our blessing.

Oooohhh my goodness!! This Raspberry Mousse is AMAZING! It melts in your mouth and the raspberry is like an added surprise. From the very first bite, I knew I would be back to try all the vegan options. You have to try it; matter of fact, try all of them. You won't be disappointed.
